Through selection, analysis, and a comprehensive networking effort to develop the project, FDC Consulting D-ESG has chosen partners within the third sector capable of ensuring, through their history, vision, skills, and field experience, the framework of value upon which corporate social responsibility must be based to be economically sustainable and successful.

We have aligned the common vision of inclusive value and key points of collaboration, and today, we are leading a new way of achieving inclusion in the company, opening up to all fragilities and aiming for:

  • the realization of a concrete and full integration of resources;
  • the goal of achieving social innovation;
    (Beneficial for individuals and beneficial for businesses)

The journey of including individuals with fragilities in the workforce involves the following steps by our team and project partners:

  • Analysis of the company context, which will allow us to propose the most suitable integration into the work reality with support and advice on all tax and regulatory compliance;
  • Presentation of a pre-selection of candidates chosen ad hoc from the FDC Consulting D-ESG database throughout the national territory (via our App). A strength of the FDC Consulting path, considering that it facilitates one of the most delicate aspects, namely the meeting between supply and demand that often fails to meet. The matching activity between individuals with fragilities and companies has often discouraged the entrepreneurial part. Therefore, we have invested in providing effective responses in a complex, constantly evolving context and a transforming social system.
  • Our methodological approach is based on collaboration with teams of professionals (constantly trained and updated) who have gained the experience and professionalism necessary to train and support individuals with fragilities in their work;
  • Accompaniment path of the resource in the company through training and mentoring not only of the resource but, above all corporate context that will welcome them through training courses at three different levels (according to needs);
  • Periodic check-ins and mentoring on the progress of the activity, with particular attention to relationships and criticalities;
  • Development and measurement of specific KPIs to evaluate the project progress in terms of productivity, empowerment, and soft skills development.
