Francesco, from the city of Salerno, precisely, holds a degree with full marks in Business Economics and an extensive training journey in the United States and Europe.

In 2014, the first major challenge took shape: the acquisition of Ford Authos, a long-established dealership and a key reference point in Turin and the Piedmont region.

No more investments in flyers and advertising spaces in newspapers, but a data-driven strategy to capture a new community of online users, positioning Authos at the top of the car sales market, even during the pandemic’s darkest moments.
From Salerno to international credibility. To earn such status, you need an especial project. One of those where one day the phone rings and on the other side is Elena Ford herself, great-granddaughter of Henry Ford II.

The Smart Lab is the to-go dealership prototype, where visitors to a shopping centre can admire, test and purchase their favourite car model while shopping.
This innovative concept has been appreciated and widespread across the world, from Turin to Shanghai, from Brussels to Sydney.
From success in the automotive world to consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses. Thus began a support activity for companies and associations that with the revision of their business model and a new communication approach, strategically, positioned themselves in their reference market
It was during that moment that Francesco became interested in a supportive and sustainable corporate strategy which led to transforming Authos into the first Benefit Corporation dealer on the national territory.
