Inclusion is not a standalone process; it’s a way of writing and managing all company processes. From resource management to a business model that values diversity.

It is necessary that resource and diversity management aligns with corporate objectives and, to be realized harmoniously, it must:

  • Be strategically planned;
  • Have short and long-term goals;
  • Measure the progress of implemented strategies, evaluate progress, and make corrections;
  • The role of leaders is crucial not only in promoting an inclusive approach but also in providing tools and supporting corporate resources to internalize the new approach.

The FDC Consulting Digital ESG team, through a program tailored to the company’s needs, trains and supports management and corporate resources in implementing of a structured and effective diversity and inclusion policy.

The process (managed as training or direct consultancy) starts from regulatory references and goes as far as diversity communication aspects. It will delve into the importance of words, the use of inclusive language, and the development of communication skills to avoid stereotypes and prejudices.

The course will allow the creation of an inclusive work environment through techniques and tools to improve internal communication and employee participation, manage diversity-related conflicts, learn to recognize and address them constructively and develop an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture to maintain over time.

The FDC Consulting Digital ESG team will assist in identifying support figures for individuals, defining the roles and tasks of those responsible, and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions.

The support will focus on unbiased assessments and data usage for personnel decisions. It will enable significant organizational changes, stimulating early corporate levels to set complementary strategies including engagement, contact, accountability, and transparency.

A particular module will be dedicated to learning the essential elements for creating inclusive job postings and fair interview protocols, with the ultimate goal of having a comprehensive view of the evaluation process, including compensation, promotions, and performance reviews.
