The EBA has published the final guidelines on the management of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks, setting the requirements for banks in the management, identification, measurement, and monitoring of ESG risks. Institutions will need to adopt plans to ensure resilience to these risks in the short, medium, and long term, in line with the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD6).
